Dr Julian Tang is a communication strategist, scientist by training and editor by practice. He is the founder and managing director of Ernest & Kin, and the developer of the firm’s proprietary Evidence-Based Communication™ methodology and SHARE Framework.

His career spans Singapore, Australia and Japan, including roles at the National University of Singapore, Springer Nature, the University of Tokyo and Japan’s National Center for Child Health and Development. He advises organisations and senior leaders across science, technology, healthcare, innovation and the social sciences.
